The Washington Field Hockey Association is a non-profit organization that promotes field hockey playing, coaching, and umpiring opportunities in the Metropolitan Washington, D.C. area. WFHA has been supporting field hockey in the Washington DC area since 1924, which was shortly after USFHA created the Southeast Field Hockey Association and made Washington, D.C one of the local Associations therein.
